Healthy Hollandaise Sauce

Do you have a craving for eggs Benedict or asparagus with Hollandaise, but find the fat frightful? Do not fear, yogurt is here!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup light plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. light/low-fat mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman’s Light)
  • 1-2 tsp. spicy brown mustard (use more of less to your liking)
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in small sauce pan over low-heat until warm and smooth.
  2. Serve atop your favorite Hollandaise recipe without all the guilt!
